A quick, friendly field reference to the headline species across these waters. Sightings are never guaranteed — nature sets the schedule.

Great WhiteThe apex icon of Guadalupe’s cage dives (up to ~6 m)
Whale SharkThe world’s largest fish; a gentle filter feeder (up to ~18 m)
Bull SharkStocky and bold; a Fiji headliner (up to ~3.5 m)
Tiger SharkLarge, striped, curious (up to ~5 m)
Giant MantaNot a shark, but Socorro’s friendly giant (wingspan ~7 m)
Reef SharksBlacktip, whitetip, grey — reef regulars (~2–3 m)

Sizes are rough general ranges for orientation, not precise measurements. Experienced guides manage encounters by understanding how sharks move and respond.
